And the question is, why would you ever use a third-party application when you can wipe out your browsing history through the tools given to you by your browser?

The point is that employing a third-party application always comes with some catch. You might be exposed to commercial ads, or your browsing history could be shared with unreliable third parties. Whichever the reason, it is clear that when you don’t want a program, and the program is there on your computer, you should remove the program.

Luckily, it is really easy to wipe out History Wipe Clean for good. You can delete the app via your browser’s extension menu. Also, if you want to be sure that all the tracking cookies have been deleted too, you can reset your browser settings to default (this is exactly what we’re going to do).
