Not that paying the ransom is a good idea in the first place. You should never succumb to these threats because they only want to rip you off.

1. Remove the most recent files from Desktop.
2. Go the Downloads folder and delete the most recent files.
3. Press Win+R and type %TEMP%. Click OK.

5. Remove all the copies of OBLIVION DECRYPTION INFORMATION.TXT.
