1. Tap keys Win+R on the keyboard to launch RUN.
2. Enter regedit.exe to launch Registry Editor.
3. Move to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ (or HKLM\Software\).
4. Right-click and Delete the key named FlowBBase.
5. Right-click and Delete the key named flowhlp in these paths:
   • HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\
   • HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\
   • HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\services\
6. Right-click and Delete the key named LEGACY_FLOWHLP in these paths:
   • HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\
   • HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\
   • HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Enum\Root\
7. Tap keys Win+E to launch Explorer.
8. Enter %WINDIR%\system32\drivers\ into the bar at the top.
9. Right-click and Delete the file named flowhlp.dat.
10. Enter %WINDIR%\SysWOW64\drivers\ into the bar at the top and repeat step 9.
11. Enter %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Templates\ into the bar at the top.
12. Right-click and Delete the folder named QUaNDIvxbfdWF.
13. Enter %PROGRAMFILES(x86)% (or %PROGRAMFILES%) into the bar at the top.
14. Right-click and Delete the folder named FlowSprit.
