Please help. I have tried to change the background, use task manager but I can't even get to task manager or background. It seems as if the properties menu comes up for 1 second and then goes off. same with task manager. need help to fix my laptop

hello, you can get the task manager. just in the second when windows starts.
then you can kick the program
now anythink should be work as usual.
start the autorun process , here you can delete the program from autostart.
after that you can delete the software.

That works stopping the process immediately after starting up. Just have to find the file now. Didn't see it in the Startup list on msconfig.
if you cant download it go into safe mode with networking by restarting the computer and continually pressing f8 until you see a black screen that say enter into safe mode. press the arrow down key and press enter on the option that says enter in safemode with networking. this will allow you to use your computer without the virus running. the computer will look a little funny but just continue to download the program and scan
i cant get anything open, no files/documents/programs or anything, i cant click anything on the tool bar and when i open the task manager program there is nothing inside. i have Windows 7 and everytime i restart the program, it doesnt seem to be letting me open my laptop on safe mode... im actually typing this from another computer because my laptop can only be personified as being in a Coma
GAAAH - this is driving me mad! I just CAN'T get rid of it, as it won't let me run any antivirus scans.... x
one thing you can do is delete browsing history,
either go to the favorites tab and click history.
or tools menu and delete browsing history there.
This site does not work, it is another virus
