1. Access the Charm bar in the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Launch Control Panel.
4. Open Uninstall a program.
5. Delete Premium Tabs.

Windows XP

1. Go to the Start menu.
2. Open Control Panel.
3. Choose Add or Remove Programs and eliminate Premium Tabs.

Windows 7 or Windows Vista

1. Click the Start button.
2. Go to Control Panel.
3. Select Uninstall a program.
