1. Click Start.
2. Select Control Panel.
3. Click the Uninstall a program option.
4. Uninstall the DiscoverAncestry program.

7. In the Search section, click Manage search engines and set a new default search provider.

5. Remove DiscoverAncestry.
6. Close the tab and click the search engine icon next to the search box.
7. Select your new default search provider.
