How to remove Zapp

Windows 8

1. Move mouse cursor to the bottom right of the screen.
2. Wait for Charm bar to appear and then click Settings.
3. Click Control Panel and go to Uninstall a program.
4. Highlight Zapp and click Uninstall.

Windows Vista & Windows 7

1. Open Start menu and go to Control Panel.
2. Select Uninstall a program and remove Zapp.

Windows XP

1. Click Start menu button and navigate to Control panel.
2. Select Add or remove programs and uninstall Zapp.

Reset Mozilla Firefox settings

1. Press Alt+H and go to Troubleshooting information.
2. Click Reset Firefox at the top right of a new tab.
3. Press Reset Firefox on a pop-up box and then click Finish.
