There you should also be able to download Remarkit and install it onto your browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer). However, that does not seem to be the case as the download server is often unavailable. Nevertheless, the plug-in still manages to find its way into our systems, and that usually happens via bundled downloads.

1. Press Alt+F and select Tools.
2. Click Extensions and remove Re-markit from the list.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+A and Add-ons manager tab will open.
2. Click Extensions tab.
3. Disable and remove Re-markit. Restart browser.

Internet Explorer

1. Press Alt+T and click Manage add-ons on drop-down menu.
2. Remove Re-markit from Toolbars and Extensions.
