freeSOFTtodaySince there is nothing in this world for free, people are trying their best to reduce the price of things they want. Consequently, there are a lot of “helpers” and especially apps that provide you with discounts and what not. freeSOFTtoday is one of such applications that is presented as a widget on its official website, but computer security experts often consider it an adware and a potentially unwanted application. That is not to say that freeSOFTtoday is a dangerous infection, but if you do not find the application useful, you should consider removing freeSOFTtoday from your computer as to avoid exposure to potentially malicious third party content. Computer security experts recommend removing freeSOFTtoday basically because this adware application can make use of third party advertisements to provide you with relevant content. However, it makes use of various third party applications for which is cannot be responsible. For example, when you install freeSOFTtoday, you automatically install Bonanza Deals as well. Bonanza deals is a service that compares prices, provides coupons and discounts and help you save money while shopping online. It is compatible with amazon.com, eBay, shopping.com, Shopzilla, PriceGrabber and similar online shopping malls, but by accepting freeSOFTtoday onto your computer, you also agree to Privacy Policy of Bonanza Deals. Needless to say, that installing more than one application on your computer automatically exposes you to a number of third party advertising networks and so on. What is more, although you can download freeSOFTtoday at freesofttoday.com, the application might as well come bundled with freeware and adware as well. It is very common for such applications to come in packs, as most of them are free and they employ various methods to support themselves. As far as freeSOFTtoday is concerned, it displays commercial ads, pop-ups and other types of promotional material whenever you browse the Internet. It is more than obvious that freeSOFTtoday is not a malicious computer infection, especially as it is promoted as a widget that allows you to access free apps or apps at a reduced price daily on your PC, Mac, Windows phone, iOS, Android and so on. However, due to the fact that it does display pop-up advertisements, freeSOFTtoday should not be taken lightly. Naturally, it does not intend to infect you with malware, but it is also not responsible for reviewing all the third party content that is embedded in the ads. Therefore, you can never know when a malevolent third party exploits freeSOFTtoday to promote its corrupted content. You might as well experience a personal data leak or even get infected with malware. Although that is not a definite case scenario, you should consider all the potential risks and remove freeSOFTtoday from your computer just in case. We provide manual removal instructions below, and you are free to use them. It would also be wise to run a full system scan with SpyHunter free scanner, because this way you would make sure that there are no other potentially unwanted programs on board, and your PC would be protected from malware. i don't know what the freesofttoday is *****ociated with, I keep deleting things but it won't go away because I'm getting rid of the wrong stuff. HELP!!!!!
when i do this, nothing comes up as freesofttoday.
please help me get rid of this. thanks so much
I have "Freesoftoday" that has attached itself as one of my programs. HOWEVER when I open the control panel (have windows 7) to look at my programs so I can uninstall this, it does not appear; it seems to "hide itself" somehow. Is this true? Can this happen? I can't get rid of it because of this. I also have WINDOWS 8 and sometimes have that same issue with some things; they won't uninstall on control panel. Are there sneaky programs like this? Would appreciate an answer. Thanks. Diana
i have the same problem. I already removed the program, and anything it could have been *****ociated with, but i still get popups that say "freesoft update required" about two or three times per day. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT IF I CAN'T FIND IT????
I've removed freesoftoday many times as well as any program that was downloaded around the time that it started but it keeps re-installing itself on my windows 8 laptop.
