MonitoringTool:Win32/UltimateKeylogger is a malicious software application which is used to track the key strokes and monitor the activities of a user. With your activities recorded, this malicious application can later send out the important information, such as your logins and passwords to a third party, and that data can be used to perform various illegal operations. Needless to say that, MonitoringTool:Win32/UltimateKeylogger is an annoying threat which should be removed immediately.
