Security Hijack

If you have come across the new browser hijacker Security Hijack, then you have probably experienced its annoying symptoms. It is distributed via well known rogueware called System Security and My Security Shield. Both of these rogue applications were designed with the express intention of scamming consumers out of their money.

It is largely impossible for average computer users to manually remove Security Hijack, as it roots itself deep into the PC. What makes this hijacker even more insufferable is the fact that Security Hijack will remain in the system long after you get rid of My Security Shield and System Security.

Symptoms of a Security Hijack infection include constant browser and search redirection to illicit sites selling the mentioned well known rogue applications. It has also been reported that Security Hijack is responsible for slow internet connection and browsing sessions, and even completely blocking internet connections.

Security Hijack will enter the system surreptitiously and start its devious work the moment it is released on the PC. The fact of the matter remains that the only way for a PC owner to regain control of his PC will be delete Security Hijack by using validated antispyware security tools.
