Warning! Your computer is being used as spamming machine.

Users who are receiving the fake security message “Warning! Your computer is being used as spamming machine” on their system is quite possibly suffering from an Antivirus Studio 2010 infection. This is a fake security message employed as a scare tactic by unscrupulous cyber criminals out to fleece consumers out of their money by distributing rogue software over the internet.

The “Warning! Your computer is being used as spamming machine” popup is annoying, but it is only symptomatic of a larger problem, usually associated with the well known Antivirus Studio 2010 rogue. The reason why developers of rogue security tools employ bogus notifications like these is because they want to bully the user into spending money on their worthless software.

After sufficiently panicking and bombarding the consumer with numerous fake warning messages, the rogueware will go on to inform the user that the only way to remove “Warning! Your computer is being used as spamming machine” will be to purchase a full version of the software. This “full version” is completely worthless and offers no protective or diagnostic measures or benefits to a PC.
