Warning! New Virus Detected!

This Antivirus 8 is a new rogue spreading its infection across the entire internet at alarming rates. It surreptitiously makes use of fake warning messages and alerts to scare its victims into buying its fake security software. One of these fake alerts is called “Warning! New Virus Detected!”

“Warning! New Virus Detected!” is a bogus security message designed intentionally to mislead PC owners into thinking their system is under attack. The developers of this bogus message want the consumer to believe that the only way to possibly and effectively remove the purported threat will be to buy its “full version” software.

The body of the fake security message contains the following:

“Warning! New Virus Detected!
Threat Detected: Email-Worm.Zhelatin
Infected file:
Description: Worm Email-Worm.Zhelatin.vy is virus-like malware with destructive code, and is able to mutate, replacing its own code by itself. This makes Email-Worm.Zhelatin.vy very dangerous, hard to find, and difficult to delete. Like most viruses, worm Email-Worm-Zhelatin.vy may spread to other computers by secretly emailing themselves to Internet users in your address book.”

Users are strongly urged never to believe any correspondence distributed by thid fake security warning, and should remove “Warning! New Virus Detected!” along with Antivirus 8 in order to gain full control back of their system.
