Lots of information on this, as I've just discovered it the hard way! Getting rid of it has proved to be a real trial. Its interfering with work, annoying the crap out of me, and putting me behind. I work from home and can't afford this fiasco. Who produced this piece of garbage? I want their heads! Hopefully this removal will work!
Cannot say anything bad about that company.I am using their antivirus and completely happy with it. Besides all they have a support center for customers who have some problems. Why didn't you used the support service?
