Antivirus2008Pro, also known as Antivirus2008, AntivirusXP2008, Antivirus XP 2008, Antivirus2009, Antivirus 2008 is a rogue anti-spyware program. Antivirus2008Pro can get into users computer through fake video codec's (such as Video ActiveX Codec, Flash Activex Object Error, Video Activex Object Error). After codec's are installed into user's computer he will be disturbed by pop-up advertisements with saying that their computer is infected and that they should do a system scan with software called Antivirus2008Pro Messages can look like this:

After downloading and installing Antivirus2008Pro it again starts showing fake security messages. But only this time those messages will appear as normal windows system messages. If users clicks those balloons it will take him to a purchase page where it will ask to buy the Antivirus2008Pro software.
