Linkup Ransomware

Linkup Ransomware is the term for a deceitful warning that is provided to the users when the computer gets infected with a Trojan horse. It gives the police powers to arrest those who are responsible for child pornography, calls for the creation of the National Centre to combat child pornography on the internet and establishes that Internet Service Providers have a legal obligation to adopt a filtering system to avoid access to sites censored by the Centre.

The fraudulent warning says that you have to provide your personal details in order to unlock access the Internet. Below the notification, there is a fill-in form in which you are supposed to enter your personal details. They include your first name, last name, date of birth, city, address, zip code and phone number. Furthermore, after clicking on the Confirm button, Linkup Ransomeware loads another warning, according to which you have to confirm your details. In order to verify your identity, you are supposed to provide the credit card number, the expiration date and CVV number. It is also stated that one Euro cent will be withdrawn from your account, which will be return within an hour. Do not trust the warning. Instead of following the requirements provided, take action to remove the computer infection.

It is very important that you ignore the warning to which you are exposed by Linkup Randomware because Council of Europe is presented in the warning only to deceive you. There is no need to expose your personal information to the criminals because it is enough to remove the infection from the system.

You may have noticed that the computer is running very sluggishly, which means that the mining program is using the resources of the computer to solve complex Bitcoin algorithms and generate Bitcoint, which are collected by the attackers.
