WeDownload ManagerHave you recently used the service of the website which offers free downloads? If yes, there is a huge possibility that you have installed WeDownload Manager onto your computer. It is a program which claims to make the download process much easier; however, it has some drawbacks as well. First of all, you will see various offers and deals if you browse the internet, especially the online shopping websites such as ebay.com, which means that there is a possibility that you will be exposed to potential threats. In addition, it is known that WeDownload Manager is rather privacy-invasive and might collect information related to your browsing activities. All these reasons allow us to advise you to remove WeDownload Manager entirely from your computer. WeDownload Manager installer platform will inevitably end up on your system if you download such programs as VirtualDJ, Partition Magic, and Full DVD Ripper from todownload.com. Once it gets onto the computer, it shows various pop-ups when you enter ‘download [any keyword]’ into the search box of your default search provider. Besides, you will see different offers if you move the cursor on the products which are being sold on the shopping websites. It means that there is always a possibility that you will be redirected to the websites with unknown or unreliable content, which is why you should remove this software. Also, you should avoid clicking on these pop-ups and other deals if you do not want to bring threats on the system. Our specialists of pcthreat.com have implemented the research and found out that WeDownload Manager might be installed together with other additional programs. These programs include various toolbars, for instance AVG SafeGuard and MySearchDial, browser add-ons, and other types of applications. It is another reason why we recommend that you remove WeDownload Manager from the system because this additional software might not only be annoying, slower your computer’s performance, but also cause harm to the security of your computer. In order to avoid these additional programs, you should prevent unnecessary elements from getting on the system by unchecking the installation preferences. If you have decided to remove WeDownload Manager from your computer, you have two alternatives: first, you can use manual removal instructions that we have provided for you below; secondly, you can scan your computer with a reliable antimalware tool which you should upgrade in order to receive the best quality services. We recommend using SpyHunter antimalware tool because it is not only easy to use, but it will definitely protect your computer from future threats. Remove WeDownload ManagerWindows XP

When I go to uninstall the program in Windows 7, I get a message that I do not have rights to do so. I am administrator, the only person on this pc, knowingly.
I cannot uninstall 'The weDownload Manager' which was installed when I downloaded some selected software. I was able to uninstall the software which was downloaded on the same day and time. How can I uninstall the subject software? Thanks in advance for your help.
Same problem as Carolyn, Jeff, Melvin. the uninstaller will not remove this program.
My opinion doesn't matter. The question is, who can tell us how to remove wedownloader, that will remove it.
Thank you.
ok this is how I done it after getting annoyed how nuttin else was working my computer - local disk - program files(x86) then find the file called wedownload manager and delete it. remove it from your recycling bin and forget I know this isn't the correct way of doing it but so far its worked fingers crossed
I am having same problems too. But it keeps saying my browser is out dated. But it's not..
well done alan
There is either the uninstaller.exe in the weDownloadManager folder (run as Administrator) or remove using Control Panel.
Mine is gone
Same problem here. I was able to uninstall the program, but found a temporary file it's still feeding off of. It won't let me delete the file, saying I need administrator permission, and that I do not have that permission. I am the one and only user and administrator of this computer. How can we get around the "permission" required??
5/2014 Had to remove directory in x86 program files "The WeDownload Manager" AND THEN WINDOWS FROM CONTROL PANEL WOULD REMOVE REFERENCE TO DIRECTORY. UNINSTALL DID NOT WORK, WHOEVER CREATED THE SOLUTION IS DISTRIBUTING THE VIRUS, REALLY ANNOYING WINDOWS SELLING CRAP FROM BROWSER.
