Delta search toolbar

Delta Search toolbar is a browser extension developed and distributed by Conduit Ltd. It is related to Eazel Toolbar, Iminent Community Toolbar, XFinity Toolbar, and it can be installed on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. Delta Search toolbar comes with customized Delta Search engine, and if you install a full version of the plugin setup, your home page gets changed to search.conduit.com. That is very common to all the extensions created by Conduit Ltd. Although Delta Search toolbar is not a computer infection, it is highly advised to remove it from your computer, because of possible intrusive behavior and other undesirable effects.

Some users claim that Delta Search toolbar is installed without their permission and that is their reason for saying that the plugin is a malicious application. However, Delta Search toolbar is available at deltasearchtoolbar.loyaltytoolbar.com for download and when you initiate the installation, you have to tick the check box, regarding which features you want to be installed exactly. So Delta Search toolbar does not change your homepage or default search engine without prompting you. Perhaps you have installed the toolbar unwittingly when it was downloaded bundled with freeware. Nevertheless, it is not proof of malicious behavior. It is true that Delta Search toolbar is a potentially undesirable application, but it is not a malicious computer virus that tries to keep hidden from you.

Another reason why Delta Search toolbar may be annoying is the fact that it comes with another software application called TuneUp Utilities 2013. This program is not dangerous, but it is installed automatically whenever you install any Conduit toolbar on your PC, so it could be frustrating from user's perspective.
