1. Restart the computer.

5. Go to the Start menu.
6. Launch Run and type “msconfig” in the Open box and press OK.
7. Open the Startup tab.
8. Click on the Disable All button and press Apply.
9. Download SpyHunter.
10. Restart the PC.
11. Install the tool and remove Bundesamt für Polizei Virus.
